SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
Music International Grand Prix has an opening for a part time Social Media Assistant. This work can be done remotely most of the time. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, has thorough knowledge of a video editing software, how to post and promote on Social Media, Office (Word, Excel, etc.), has the ability to learn new software programs easily, has great attention to detail, and is friendly and patient. A musical background is preferred.
The Assistant will be assigned duties such as preparing/editing audition videos to be posted on MIGP's YouTube Channel, Instagram, and Facebook, creating and posting regular posts, stories, and reels, etc. The Assistant will be required to be on-site for all events in NYC in order to manage recordings of the live auditions there, and may also be asked to host some Zoom auditions as well as edit auditions that take place on Zoom for posting on social media. Other potential duties may be added based on the skill set of the individual.
This part time position has the potential to turn into a full time position.
